Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a flair for coordinating support services? This is your chance to join an innovative manufacturing company, providing essential administrative support to the IT team and helping keep operations running smoothly. Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start; notice periods cannot be accommodated.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating IT onboarding for new employees to ensure seamless setup and access.
- Maintaining accurate records of IT assets and equipment allocations.
- Managing the issue, collection, and return of IT equipment, including damaged devices.
- Monitoring equipment warranties and arranging repairs or replacements as needed.
- Organising onsite IT support when required.
- Raising purchase orders for new IT equipment to support procurement processes.
- Ensuring employees have the correct building fob and door access.
Rewards
