This is an excellent temporary opportunity for someone with previous HR administration or HR assistant experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, organised support. Starting immediately and expected to run for several months, you'll gain valuable experience across a broad range of HR activities while working with an experienced and supportive team.
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Responding to reference requests.
- Processing employee leavers and updating HR systems.
- Producing HR reports and preparing documentation.
- Liaising with payroll to ensure employee information is processed accurately.
- Supporting a range of HR administration tasks across the employee lifecycle.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
- Working closely with colleagues to provide an efficient, high-quality HR service.
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working with detail. You'll have:
- Previous experience in an HR Assistant or HR Administration role.
- Good working knowledge of HR systems (Workday would be an advantage).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work independently.
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to support the wider HR team.
