We have registered a fantastic assignment working as a Temporary Marketing Assistant, supporting with a variety of crucial projects. This temporary position offers you a fantastic opportunity to apply your skills in a supportive environment and contribute to meaningful projects that have a positive impact. Please note, this is a temporary position working 30 hours per week and paid on a weekly PAYE basis. It will require a speedy start, so lengthy notice periods cannot be accommodated.
Responsibilities
- Managing multiple marketing projects such as social media campaigns, newsletters, and website updates to increase engagement and visibility.
- Assisting in the development and delivery of communication strategies that support organisational goals.
- Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Updating website content to reflect current initiatives and events, supporting the organisation’s online presence.
- Supporting event promotion and outreach activities to expand reach and foster community involvement.
- Contributing to marketing reports and analytics to track campaign performance and optimise future initiatives.
- Utilising Trello, Pardot, and Salesforce to streamline project management and communication efforts.
