We have registered an excellent temporary opportunity to provide essential support to the front of house team of one of our excellent local Clients. If you are customer focussed, well presented and enthusiastic about providing a friendly and professional service, this could be the ideal role for you! The role has an imminent start and will involve shifts during the month of March and April. Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Receptionist Responsibilities
- Meeting, greeting and registering customers and visitors, including offering refreshments
- Answering the phone and transferring calls, or recording messages on the call log
- Post and courier management
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Ensuring the housekeeping and cleanliness of the customer areas is excellent, reporting any issues to a manager
- Ensuring excellent channels of communication between you and other members of the team
