Temporary HR Advisor Responsibilities Managing payroll entry and contractual changes to ensure accurate compensation and documentation. Administering Cascade and updating employee records efficiently. Handling sickness and family leave casework with sensitivity and accuracy. Coordinating health referrals and checks to maintain regulatory compliance. Managing the HR inbox, responding to queries, and resolving HR-related issues independently. Supporting right-to-work and visa administration processes. Prioritising tasks effectively in a busy environment, without close supervision.
