Temporary HR Advisor - Employee Relations

Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations? This is a great opportunity to support a busy HR team on a short-term basis, providing expert advice and practical support to managers and staff. Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start, notice periods cannot be accommodated. Temporary ER Specialist Responsibilities This position will involve, but will not be limited to: Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR and employee relations matters, including absence, performance, probation, and organisational change. Supporting managers with employee relations casework, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and employment law. Assisting with staffing, recruitment, and HR processes, and maintaining accurate records. Developing, communicating, and delivering briefings on HR policies and updates to staff and managers. Monitoring key HR processes such as absence, appraisals, contracts, and payroll changes, ensuring deadlines and legal requirements are met. Maintaining HR records and reports, providing data-driven insights to the HR manager.
