Are you highly skilled with Excel? Do you have meticulous attention to detail and proven experience managing complex data sets from multiple sources? If you are fully conversant with macros, typescript and a range of complex formulas, as well as an established Administrator, this assignment might be of interest! Starting immediately, this assignment is offered on a full-time (37.5 hours a week) basis for the next few months. Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Data Administrator Responsibilities- Validating entries across multiple data sources and spreadsheets
- Collating, reconciling, and consolidating data
- Reviewing and optimising Excel templates and macros
- Checking data for anomalies, errors and inconsistencies
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely outputs
- Suggest spreadsheet improvements to enhance clarity, structure, and usability for others
