Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Comms and Marketing Administrator to provide vital short-term support to a busy organisation based in Oxford.
Are you confident using Canva and social media platforms, with a flair for design and communication? Are you able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism?
This is a full-time temporary role, starting immediately and expected to last a few weeks.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage engaging social media content
- Design marketing materials, posters, and visual content using Canva
- Create booklet covers and promotional collateral
- Distribute communications to students and parents
- Support the Communications team with general administrative tasks

This is a fully office-based role located in East Oxford (OX4), with good transport links nearby.
