Team Administrator

Team Administrator Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Managing and maintaining engineering databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Collating and preparing information for product manuals, supporting the technical documentation process.
  • Overseeing document control activities to ensure compliance and version control.
  • Updating trackers, spreadsheets, and other administrative tools to monitor project progress.
  • Handling general enquiries, offering support to colleagues across departments.
  • Assisting with procurement and purchase order administration to support operational efficiency.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in administrative workflows and systems.

  • Competitive salary circa £25,000 – £28,000 (FTE), pro-rated for part-time hours.
