Responsibilities
- Managing the delivery and coordination of the Programme, ensuring all events and virtual sessions run smoothly and to a high standard.
- Tracking and overseeing the curriculum, liaising with events, operations, and fellowship teams to coordinate logistics and content delivery.
- Acts as the primary contact for participants and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and support throughout the program.
- Organising and hosting briefings for distinguished speakers and facilitators to guarantee engaging and impactful sessions.
- Managing international travel arrangements for program events, primarily within the United States, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collecting feedback and evaluating programme outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and program excellence.
- Maintaining accurate records and programme schedules using digital tools, including MS Office, Google Suite, Asana, Zoom, and Salesforce.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Programme Coordination, Project Management, or similar roles within leadership or training programmes in an academic environment.
- Strong communicator comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and academics.
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Location
