Responsibilities
- Managing enquiries from prospective students and providing tailored guidance to support their enrolment journey.
- Building rapport and developing trust through consultative conversations via phone or online channels.
- Reaching out proactively to leads generated through marketing campaigns or outreach activities.
- Conducting needs assessments to understand individual goals and recommending suitable courses or programmes.
- Maintaining accurate records of prospective students' interactions within a CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up.
- Supporting prospective students with the application process and answering their questions with professionalism and empathy.
- Managing multiple opportunities at different stages of the recruitment cycle efficiently.

Experience Essentials
