Responsibilities

  • Managing enquiries from prospective students and providing tailored guidance to support their enrolment journey.
  • Building rapport and developing trust through consultative conversations via phone or online channels.
  • Reaching out proactively to leads generated through marketing campaigns or outreach activities.
  • Conducting needs assessments to understand individual goals and recommending suitable courses or programmes.
  • Maintaining accurate records of prospective students' interactions within a CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up.
  • Supporting prospective students with the application process and answering their questions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Managing multiple opportunities at different stages of the recruitment cycle efficiently.

Experience Essentials

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment roles.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to conduct consultative conversations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or database management tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Resilient, proactive, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Basic IT proficiency and ability to work independently in a home-based setting.

This is a home-based role but candidates should be comfortable traveling to London occasionally.
