As a Sales Administrator, you will oversee the end-to-end order management process, from sending out orders to tracking deliveries and supporting customer enquiries. Responsibilities

  • Processing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet business targets
  • Monitoring and tracking orders to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and order statuses
  • Communicating proactively with customers regarding order updates and enquiries
  • Supporting invoice processing, payment tracking, and basic financial administration
  • Assisting with general office tasks to support daily business operations
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency

Experience Essentials

  • Experience in administration, sales support, order processing, or logistics roles
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Basic financial administration experience, such as invoicing or payment tracking
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Available to work onsite daily during core hours

Location

This role is based in Bicester, with easy access via major transport routes and parking. Occasional travel to trade events or trade shows may be required outside peak periods, with prior planning.
