Receptionist - 12 month secondment cover To start immediately. Our client is seeking an exceptionally engaging and professional candidate to work in this exciting contract role for 12 months. Starting ASAP, you will be tasked with providing crucial Front of House support. This is an extremely fast paced role - the ideal candidate will thrive under pressure and will be passionate about creating the best experience for both internal and external customers at the management offices. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, handling enquiries, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Receptionists are expected to anticipate guest arrivals and deliver prompt, efficient service. The role may also include managing the reception inbox, handling outgoing post and courier requests, processing online gift card and internal purchase order requests, and assisting with meeting rooms and events. You will have excellent computer literacy, and be confident with Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. This role will suit a candidate with a positive, proactive attitude and with impeccable time management skills. Attention to detail and a critical mind aligned with the company\'s vision are essential. Excellent hospitality and customer service skills for both internal and external stakeholders is required. You must be a strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Strong spoken and written English is required. You will work on the front desk with one other colleague. You will handle all visitor enquiries and so you must have excellent customer service skills and excellent telephone and email correspondence skills, able to work effectively and efficiently. The client is looking for an immediate start as the person this role will be covering for, is going on secondment from 15th September. We cannot consider anyone with a long notice period.
