Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining accurate pricing files and contract records to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Overseeing tender submissions, including preparing documentation and managing tender portals for timely and compliant submissions.
- Analysing pricing strategies, contract terms, and tender data to support informed decision-making by senior management.
- Ensuring all activities adhere to SOPs, internal policies, and regulatory standards within a highly regulated environment.
- Collaborating with sales teams, external stakeholders, and internal departments to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Interpreting complex data sets and presenting insights to support strategic business initiatives.
- Assisting in system enhancements to optimise pricing and contract management workflows.

Experience Essentials
- Proven experience in contracts, pricing, tender management, or sales operations within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or other pricing management systems is advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret large datasets and prepare detailed reports.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, tender processes, and compliance standards.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems proactively and identify process improvement opportunities.
Location
