Temporary Personal Assistant Responsibilities- Managing the director’s schedule and diary, coordinating meetings and appointments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and managing incoming correspondence with a professional demeanour.
- Organising travel arrangements and preparing itineraries for the director’s engagements.
- Drafting, proofreading, and managing a range of correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times when dealing with sensitive information.
- Supporting the wider administrative team with ad hoc tasks as required.
- Assisting with event planning and logistics for internal and external visits or functions.
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, typically 9:00 to 17:30 with an unpaid lunch break.
- Flexibility to work around the director’s schedule is required, including the possibility of working on some Saturdays as needed.
