People and Practice Manager Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for patient-centred care and a proactive approach?
This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a busy NHS general practice.
People and Practice Manager Responsibilities This position will involve, but will not be limited to: Managing all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employee development to support a team of approximately 80 staff members.
Handling patient correspondence, complaints, and service improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.
Supporting payroll processing and ensuring compliance with employment law and NHS policies.
Contributing to the development of practice strategies alongside senior leadership, including the Operations Manager and Practice Manager.
Handling high-level communication with patients and external stakeholders to maintain standards of care and service.
Assisting with day-to-day operational issues and providing leadership within the practice.
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all HR and patient-facing activities.
People and Practice Manager Rewards Salary between 30,(Apply online only) and 37,500, depending on experience. 22 days plus bank holidays, increasing with service up to 32 days plus bank holidays.
