Are you an experienced PA with previous experience of dealing with a range of requests effectively and professionally?
We have registered an interesting temporary role, in which you will be providing critical support to a busy Director for the next nine months.
You will need to be able to hit the ground running, using your communication and organisational skills to provide seamless PA support.
Please note, this is a full-time, temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis.
This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
- Temporary PA Responsibilities
- Diary management and complex meeting arrangements
- Travel arrangements for international and UK travel including itineraries, flight and transport bookings, hotels, travel insurance, visas and risk assessments
- Overseeing holiday and ensuring this is correctly recorded in the calendar
