Responsibilities
- Managing incoming deliveries of valuable scientific equipment to ensure smooth receipt and distribution, supporting operational efficiency.
- Lifting and handling packages of varying sizes, ensuring safety and compliance with health & safety standards.
- Assisting with general office administration such as organising supplies, coordinating schedules, and supporting team members with ad hoc tasks.
- Maintaining a tidy and well-stocked office environment, including organising facilities and common areas.
- Supporting the setup and breakdown for meetings or events, contributing to a professional and welcoming workspace.
