Temporary ER Specialist Responsibilities This position will involve, but will not be limited to: Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR and employee relations matters, including absence, performance, probation, and organisational change. Supporting managers with employee relations casework, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and employment law. Assisting with staffing, recruitment, and HR processes, and maintaining accurate records. Developing, communicating, and delivering briefings on HR policies and updates to staff and managers. Monitoring key HR processes such as absence, appraisals, contracts, and payroll changes, ensuring deadlines and legal requirements are met. Maintaining HR records and reports, providing data-driven insights to the HR manager. Temporary ER Specialist Rewards Full time role, Monday to Friday Immediate start for a duration of approximately 4 to 8 weeks.
