  • Maintaining and updating event schedules, reservation records, and guest list details.
  • Supporting the team with administrative duties related to hospitality and events.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of college functions through effective coordination and communication.
  • Managing requests and enquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service to guests and stakeholders.

Location

Based in Oxford with good transport links. The role is 20 hours per week to be worked over 5 days, onsite.
