- Providing high-quality administrative support within the catering and conference services department, ensuring efficient operation of events and bookings.
- Managing bookings and inquiries using conference management software, such as Accurate Solutions Conference Modules, and maintaining detailed records.
- Corresponding professionally via email, phone, and in person with college members, external clients, and conference guests.
- Assisting with setting up facilities and equipment for meetings, conferences, and events, both onsite and in designated spaces.
- Supporting the coordination of accommodation services for visiting guests and event attendees.
- Following strict guidelines on data protection, equality, and diversity policies while managing confidential information.
- Demonstrating flexibility to work occasional additional hours during busy periods, such as the summer conference season.

- Up to Β£28,319 per annum, equivalent to Β£15.56 per hour, depending on experience.
