Facilities Administrator ResponsibilitiesThis position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Coordinating and managing subcontractors for maintenance, repairs, and site services to ensure operational efficiency.
- Scheduling and tracking planned and reactive maintenance activities aligned with site management objectives.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation for compliance and future reference.
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and overall facility condition to create a welcoming environment.
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a professional and friendly presence.
- Responding to and coordinating employee requests related to facilities and site services promptly.
- Supporting health and safety compliance by ensuring facilities meet required standards and raising supply requests when needed.
Competitive hourly rate between £14.42-£15.38 depending on skills and experience, plus holiday pay. Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, hands-on facilities role.
Facilities Administrator Experience Essentials- Proven experience in facilities administration.
- Confident coordinating multiple stakeholders, including subcontractors and internal teams.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills and professional approach.
- Competent in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Ability to respond quickly and prioritise urgent tasks effectively.
This role is based in a warehouse environment. The shifts are 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm ensuring 12-hour coverage on site.
