Facilities Administrator Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Coordinating and managing subcontractors for maintenance, repairs, and site services to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Scheduling and tracking planned and reactive maintenance activities aligned with site management objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation for compliance and future reference.
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and overall facility condition to create a welcoming environment.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a professional and friendly presence.
  • Responding to and coordinating employee requests related to facilities and site services promptly.
