Programmes Officer Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating, and delivering alumni reunions, convenings, and UK and international alumni events to strengthen community engagement and network building.
  • Managing relationships with alumni, serving as the first point of contact for fellows and alumni, providing excellent support and updating them on programmes.
  • Holding briefings for speakers and participants, ensuring all aspects of the programmes are seamlessly executed from inception to completion.
  • Supporting the organisation of the Global Programming portfolio, including programme design, logistics, and event evaluation.
  • Assisting with international travel arrangements for selected events, approximately once per year, ensuring compliance and smooth logistics.
  • Tracking programme progress, maintaining detailed records, and producing reports to inform future planning.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance programme impact and visibility.
