You will play a key role in supporting customers, responding to queries and tickets, handling payments, answering the telephone, and ensuring their experience is seamless and positive.
Please note, this is a full-time, temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start; lengthy notice periods cannot be accommodated.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring customer orders across multiple systems to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Responding promptly and helpfully to customer tickets via Salesforce, email, and phone.
- Processing consumer warranties accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborating with Ecommerce, Finance, Warehousing and Logistics teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintaining detailed, clear records of customer interactions.
- Achieving and maintaining KPIs related to response times and resolution quality.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
