Customer Account ManagerResponsibilities
As the Customer Account Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key customers
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer\’s engagement and maximise customer success and service delivery
  • Provide critical data analysis and advice on products and service
  • Ensure the successful completion of the onboarding process and remaining within the system during renewal
  • Ensure accuracy and timely progression of client accounts with assistance of customer service department
  • Develop progress plans and tools for clients to track solutions
  • Ensure escalations are delegated appropriately
  • Promote the ethos of the company and provide first-class service to clients
