This is a great opportunity to bring your expertise to a key role supporting operational HR and systems improvements. Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract until March 2028.
Responsibilities
- Advising managers and staff on a wide range of employee relations issues, including performance, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management to ensure practical, compliant outcomes.
- Managing and analysing workforce data, creating reports, and supporting process improvements using HR systems.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote best practice.
- Leading system enhancements and contributing to continuous improvements in HR data and reporting processes.
- Providing guidance on employment legislation and ensuring HR activity aligns with legal and organisational standards.
- Coaching managers on employee relations issues and influencing positive organisational outcomes.
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.

Experience Essentials

Location
