Contracts Administrator Responsibilities
- Overseeing all contracts administration tasks, ensuring accurate setup, amendments, pricing, and billing information.
- Maintaining strong commercial and financial linkages across contract processes.
- Supporting the finance team with contract onboarding and updates to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assisting with the management of contract-related documentation within systems such as SAP.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and external clients.
- Collaborating across finance and customer service functions to ensure smooth contract management.
- Contributing to process improvements and efficient contract administration workflows.

Contracts Administrator Experience Essentials
- Strong administration experience, with proficiency in MS Excel and systems such as SAP.
- Highly numerate with the ability to handle financial data accurately.

- Experience in a similar role would be beneficial.

Based at a modern office in Southeast Oxford, this hybrid role requires driving to the site, as public transport options are limited. The role offers flexible working hours, either across three full days per week or five days with designated hours from 9am to 3pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 2pm Friday, with possible slight adjustments. Parking is available on-site.
