Are you ready to utilise your executive support expertise in a high-impact role supporting a CEO? As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be at the heart of an influential and evolving organisation. Your organisational prowess, professionalism, and proactive approach will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing vital support to the organisation’s leadership while developing your experience at the highest level.

Responsibilities

  • Managing complex diaries and scheduling appointments to optimise the CEO’s time and priorities.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for meetings and events across various locations.
  • Preparing and distributing agendas, supporting materials, and minute-taking for Board meetings and governance forums.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Administering correspondence, emails, and priorities to facilitate operational efficiency.
  • Assisting with high-level project coordination and liaising with senior leadership and Board members.
  • Supporting event planning and participation in industry engagements and conferences.
  • Contributing to continuous process improvements through the use of digital tools and AI where appropriate.

Experience Essentials

  • Proven experience supporting a CEO, Executive Director, or senior leadership team.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Experience managing complex diaries, stakeholder communications, and governance administration.
  • Knowledge of minute-taking, board reporting, and governance processes.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders, build relationships, and handle sensitive information confidently.
  • Awareness of digital tools, AI, and productivity software to enhance efficiency.
  • Demonstrable resilience, adaptability, and ability to manage competing priorities.

Location

While this role offers flexibility through hybrid working arrangements, you should be prepared to be on site when required. Travel to events or meetings outside usual working hours may be necessary. Due to the location of the role you will need access to a car. The organisation provides on-site parking with EV charging facilities.
