Please note, this is a full-time, temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an speedy start; lengthy notice periods cannot be accommodated.
Temporary Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Populating and maintaining content within Contentful to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Reviewing existing content and identifying any gaps or areas for improvement.
- Creating and updating page copy, editorial content, and other information.
- Managing imagery, videos, and other digital assets to optimise online presentation.
- Maintaining asset libraries and metadata for easy retrieval and consistency.
- Supporting content migration and content population activities.
- Conducting quality assurance checks on digital content and assets to ensure launch readiness.
- Assisting teams with content updates and publishing activities.
- Supporting post-launch content management and governance activities.
Temporary Marketing Coordinator Rewards
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.

- Experience working with digital assets and multimedia files.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
