We are thrilled to be partnering with our client on this newly created Admissions & Compliance Officer role.

Responsibilities
  • Managing all UKVI correspondence and ensuring compliance.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Liaising with prospective students and families and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Overseeing all aspects of student administration.
  • Supporting colleagues with ad hoc administrative tasks.

Experience Essentials

The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a similar coordination & compliance role, preferably within an educational setting. Knowledge of UKVI regulations and admissions is desirable, whilst excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential. You must have strong communication skills with people at all levels and be comfortable working alone, as well as being part of a wider team. You must be willing to work onsite full-time.

Location

This is a full-time role based in Oxford, working 8:30 - 4:30 Monday - Friday. The role will be particularly busy between April - September meaning that holidays may be restricted within these times. There is limited parking, but there are public transport links nearby. Currently, there is no hybrid working option available for this role.
