Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start; notice periods cannot be accommodated.
ResponsibilitiesThis position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders to ensure smooth daily operations
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments efficiently
- Assisting with document preparation, correspondence, and reporting tasks to maintain high standards
- Supporting the team of five office-based staff, fostering effective communication and teamwork
- Handling ad hoc projects and tasks swiftly to help the business meet its objectives
- Implementing office organisation processes to improve efficiency and workflow

Experience Essentials- Proven experience as an Office Manager, PA, or Senior Administrator in a busy environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence working directly with senior leadership and managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing needs
- Resilient and solutions-oriented, with keen attention to detail
- Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or technical setting is advantageous but not essential
This is a fully office-based role with parking available on site. The company operates standard hours, typically Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, and Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm. The role requires a reliable commute to the workspace.
