Talent Acquisition Coordinator Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to

  • Supporting international recruitment teams in scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating interviews with highly skilled candidates.
  • Managing assessment processes, ensuring stakeholders review and evaluate candidate assessments within agreed timeframes.
  • Facilitating candidate communications, managing expectations, and providing timely updates to both candidates and clients.
  • Overseeing general administrative support related to the recruitment process and maintaining accurate records within various systems.
  • Developing a solid understanding of the organisation's talent acquisition systems and tools, supporting data collection, and preparing recruitment reports.
  • Assisting with process improvements and exploring new ways to leverage technology and insights to optimise talent pooling and recruitment outcomes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across different regions including the UK, Australia, and the US to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
