Are you an exceptionally organised executive assistant who enjoys bringing clarity to busy senior leaders? As a Temporary EA, you will keep high-priority work moving by coordinating diaries, actions, and stakeholder communications with confidence. Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start; notice periods cannot be accommodated.
Temporary EA Responsibilities
- Diary leadership for senior leaders: keep schedules aligned to strategic priorities and reduce conflicts.
- Time and calendar coordination: organise meetings, travel and key engagements to support delivery timelines.
- Cross-functional coordination: work with internal stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain momentum on initiatives.
- Stakeholder communication support: ensure senior leaders are prepared and that messages land clearly and accurately.
- Action tracking and documentation: monitor tasks, follow-ups and decisions to support timely execution.
- Judgment and problem-solving: anticipate needs, manage ambiguity, and address issues quickly and professionally.
