Are you driven to build relationships and help inspiring voices reach students? As an Academic Partnerships Executive (3-month FTC), you will identify, engage, and secure distinguished guest speakers and academic ambassadors, strengthening the profile of an elite education provider.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential guest speakers and academics to secure confirmed participation, supporting programme prestige.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of academic contacts to sustain long-term ambassador relationships and future summer programme strength.
  • Coordinate speaker engagement steps, from initial agreement through to key logistics support, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to shape outreach messaging and opportunities, supporting premium student experience and thought leadership.
  • Capture and share relevant content information for website features, strengthening digital presence and public profile.

Experience Essentials

  • Strong networking and relationship-building experience, ideally within education, academia, professional services, or a comparable stakeholder environment.
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders through phone and email outreach, and manage conversations confidently.
  • Demonstrable success in pipeline building, negotiation, and securing commitments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including persuasive storytelling.
  • Strong organisation for tracking multiple priorities, speaker logistics, and administrative detail.
  • Experience working autonomously and delivering results against targets.

Location

There is opportunity to work remotely in this role, however our client requires someone who is local to Oxford. You should be comfortable with planned travel for meetings.
