Temporary Admissions Administrator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Managing large volumes of applicant data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Responding promptly and professionally to external queries via email and phone.
- Assisting with the organisation and administration of scholarship selection activities.
- Maintaining and updating databases ensuring data integrity.
- Supporting the evaluation and research processes for applicants.
- Contributing to effective communication with stakeholders across different time zones.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
Temporary Admissions Administrator Rewards
- Β£15 per hour plus holiday pay, paid weekly via PAYE.
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:30, with an unpaid lunch break.
- Office-based role with parking available on site.

Temporary Admissions Administrator Experience Essentials
- Proven experience in high-volume administration, within education, research, or admissions.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Confident in learning new systems quickly and accurately entering data.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with a professional communication style.
- Able to handle sensitive personal data with discretion and adhere to legal requirements.
- Living within commuting distance of Oxford.
Location
This role is office-based with on-site parking. It may require some flexibility to work evenings or weekends during peak periods to accommodate applicants in various time zones.
