Temporary Personal Assistant Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will be limited to:

  • Managing the director's schedule and diary, coordinating meetings and appointments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and managing incoming correspondence with a professional demeanour.
  • Organising travel arrangements and preparing itineraries for the director's engagements.
  • Drafting, proofreading, and managing a range of correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Supporting the wider administrative team with ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Assisting with event planning and logistics for internal and external visits or functions.

Temporary Personal Assistant Rewards

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, typically 9:00 to 17:30 with an unpaid lunch break. Flexibility to work around the director's schedule is required, including the possibility of working on some Saturdays as needed.
