This position will involve, but will not be limited to
- Producing and printing menus and signage to support college events and functions.
- Carving out college tours and handling enquiries from visitors and potential attendees.
- Coordinating payroll documentation and assisting with event logistics if desired.
- Maintaining and updating event schedules, reservation records, and guest list details.
- Supporting the team with administrative duties related to hospitality and events.
- Ensuring the smooth running of college functions through effective coordination and communication.
- Managing requests and enquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service to guests and stakeholders.
