Healthcare Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers and testing laboratories, providing professional, responsive and solutions-focused support.
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring queries are resolved accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinating customer testing orders from receipt through to completion, liaising with laboratory teams to monitor testing progress and provide timely updates.
- Building strong relationships with customers, delivering a consistently high level of service and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Maintaining accurate customer and order records using Excel and internal systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
- Supporting the onboarding of new customers and providing ongoing guidance throughout their customer journey.
- Working collaboratively with internal scientific, laboratory and operational teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and customer expectations are exceeded.
- Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of order management processes and systems to enhance service delivery.
