Account Executive Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to
- Supporting account management, working closely with the Account Manager to deliver high-quality service.
- Managing multiple client projects to ensure delivery deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborating with other internal teams to develop effective communication strategies tailored to client needs.
- Providing feedback to the product development team to enhance technical capabilities and user experience.
- Assisting the sales and innovation teams in identifying growth opportunities and value-added services.

- Account Executive Experience Essentials
- Proven experience in client account executive/ service delivery support, or a client service focused project coordination role, specifically within healthcare or a related medical sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in engaging diverse audiences.
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team and building lasting relationships.
- Comfortable using MS Office tools, especially Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Strong data analytical skills and proven experience of reporting insights and presenting to clients - ensure this is evident on your CV/ application.
- A proactive, organised, accurate and self-motivated, problem solver capable of working independently and taking initiative and accountability.
- Location
This role is based in Oxford city centre, and offers a hybrid working pattern, with two days in the office per week - during training you may need to be on-site full-time.
Due to the central location, there is no car parking available but the office is easily accessible by public transport.
Travel to regional sites may sometimes be required as part of the role.
