We have a wonderful opportunity for an Events Operations Coordinator at one of our fantastic clients. This role will involve ensuring the operational and logistic excellence in the delivery of internal programmes and events both externally and internally.
Responsibilities
- Organise events, including all logistics, from first point of enquiry to on the day delivery.
- Provide business development support.
- Provide marketing support where needed for all commercial events.
- Support operational and strategic projects as required.
- Attend evening and weekend events when required, for which time off in lieu will be given by agreement.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery across all touchpoints.
