We are seeking an exceptional PA to work within my client’s family business. You will take complete ownership of family administration and run the house portfolio ensuring absolute discretion, precision, and seamless execution at all times. Every day is busy and varied with duties including:
- Oversight of multiple residences across the UK and Europe ensuring consistency of standards and reporting.
- Managing Projects
- Administration
- Acting as the main point of contact for lawyers, accountants and financial advisors
- Handling highly confidential documentation, personal banking, and expense management.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractors, liaising with suppliers and service providers.
- Act as the main point of contact for all personal and household matters.
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, schedules and errands as required.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries, and logistics.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and confidential matters with absolute discretion.
- Record Keeping
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Senior Private PA or Executive Assistant
- Sage Knowledge and Experience
- Highly organised, resilient, and calm under pressure
- Ability to work effectively in a small team
- Administrative Skills - including budgeting and keeping proper records
- Health and Safety - knowledge and understanding
