Are you passionate about providing first rate finance support and excited to join a buzzy and commercial organisation?

We have registered a great opportunity for a proven Accounts Administrator to join this friendly and welcoming team on an immediate temporary basis.

The successful candidate will be providing critical accounting support within the finance team, so it will be imperative you can demonstrate excellent Excel skills, as well as a strong understanding of transactional finance tasks.

Please note, this is a temporary, full time position, paid on a weekly PAYE basis.

This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered. It is essential you can work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Temporary Accounts Administrator Responsibilities

  • Importing and exporting data
  • Raising POs and invoices
  • Accounts payable
  • Setting up payment runs
  • Adding new suppliers to the finance system
  • Cross checking receipts and expense claims
  • Adding funds to pre-paid credit cards

  • Prior knowledge of Oracle Fusion
