Our client is looking for a friendly and confident HR Administrator or Adviser looking to take the next step in their career within an award-winning organisation! Acting as the first point of contact for HR matters Supporting line managers with performance, employee relations, and family-friendly policies Delivering training for new managers and onboarding support to position HR as a trusted business partner. Managing HR processes including internal moves, promotions, probations, disciplinaries, and long-term absences Maintaining and updating job descriptions and HR content on the intranet Collaborating with the Global HR team to align on payroll, talent, L&D, and drive wellbeing and inclusion initiatives. People & Culture Experience Essentials The People & Culture Adviser role requires previous experience in an HR position and a minimum of a CIPD Level 3 qualification. Candidates should have a solid understanding of current employment legislation, strong administrative experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Essential skills include excellent communication, high attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure with integrity and discretion. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanour. Our client is based in West Oxfordshire.
