The organisation prides itself on its long-term vision to advance knowledge and societal impact through innovative scholarship and collaboration.\\n\\nAdministration & Finance Officer Experience Essentials\\n\\nRelevant experience in administration and finance within a busy office environment.\\nProficiency with financial information systems, particularly Oracle R12 or similar.\\nStrong understanding of financial policies, procedures, and interpretation.\\nProven track record of managing confidential information with tact and discretion.\\nExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and produce high-standard work.\\nGood communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain financial processes clearly and effectively.\\nGCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics at grade C or above.\\nPreferably prior work experience within a Higher Education office environment.\\nLocation\\n\\nThis is a hybrid role, primarily based in central Oxford, with a flexible mix of three days onsite and two days remote.
