At Allen Harris, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Property Manager to complement our Property Management Team within our Lettings Department in Bath. As an experienced Property Manager, you will provide property management and tenancy support services to the branch, landlords, and tenants.

Key responsibilities of a Property Manager:
- Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff
- Provide expert advice to branch and customers particularly in relation to the implications of relevant legislation
- Maintain central register of contractors and ensure that they have the correct qualifications
