We’re looking for a highly motivated Lettings Coordinator/Administrator to complement our fantastic team in Pontcanna. As our Lettings Coordinator you will provide tenancy administration support services to branch, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities of a Lettings Coordinator:

  • Administration of Contracts, ensuring all lets proceed to move-in swiftly, smoothly and compliantly.
  • Managing the tenant referencing process.
