The Opportunity At Allegro MicroSystems, we are global leaders in power and sensing solutions. We are looking for a Snr Digital Design Engineer to help define and implement the digital architecture for our industry-leading mixed-signal motor drive ICs. You will have the autonomy to influence technical direction, mentor talented engineers, and solve the most challenging problems in automotive motor control. You will be responsible for leading the architecture and design for complex digital solutions, from standalone IP to full System-on-Chip (SoC) designs. What You'll Do Lead Project Execution: Take full ownership of digital design project schedules for the Edinburgh team. Coordinate tasks across the standard workflow (RTL, Verification, DFT, Synthesis) to ensure on-time delivery of tapeout-ready designs. Drive Technical Strategy: Define the digital architectural roadmap for motor drivers, ensuring alignment between team output and broader global product lines.
