Description: Inizio is seeking a qualified lawyer to join its established commercial legal team on a permanent, remote basis. The successful candidate will provide broad commercial legal support to group companies across the UK, Europe, and North America. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating client and supplier contracts, advising on data protection and intellectual property matters, assisting with RFIs/RFPs, and providing guidance on regulatory issues such as the ABPI Code of Practice.
Eligibility: Applicants must be qualified solicitors in England & Wales with 0-2 years' Post Qualification Experience (PQE). Candidates should possess excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work autonomously within a supportive team. Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is preferred but not essential.
