The role
We're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our night team, working 24.5 hours per week.
You'll play a key clinical role on shift, delivering person-centred nursing care while supporting and guiding care colleagues. You'll have the trust and autonomy to lead with confidence, backed by a supportive management team and a stable, experienced staff group.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care
Completing clinical assessments and personalised care plans
Leading by example and supporting colleagues on shift
Ensuring care meets CQC standards and best practice
Building positive relationships with residents and families
About you
You'll be a Registered Nurse who values people as much as process.
You'll bring:
At least 1 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
Experience working with older people in a social care or healthcare setting
A good understanding of CQC standards
Confidence to lead, organise and make sound clinical decisions
Strong communication and basic IT skills
A flexible, team-focused approach
